We have arranged for a shuttle to take people from Toronto Pearson International Airport to Mindcamp. The Early Bird cost is subsidized by Mindcamp and covers both coming and going from the airport. (This is just our way of saying, “hurry up!”)
Cost
- $60 round trip early bird rate if you book and prepay by June 30
- $80 round trip regular rate if you book after June 30
- There is no one-way fare
Times
- Departs from Terminal 1 at noon and 4pm Thursday
- For Pre-Mindcamp: departs from Terminal 1 at 4pm Wednesday
- Shuttle leaves Mindcamp 2pm Sunday
- Book your flight to arrive at least 45-60 minutes prior to shuttle time, longer if you need to go through customs and immigration.
- If flying out Sunday, book a flight that leaves 6:00pm or later.

PLEASE NOTE: The last shuttle picks up from the airport 4:00pm Thursday, and the first shuttle leaves for the airport at 2:00pm Sunday. If your flights oblige you to arrive later or leave earlier, you will need to arrange your OWN transportation. Simcoe County Airport Service can arrange transport from the airport to Mindcamp; the cost is $88 each way
