Focus on: Manon Duclos
Manon Duclos is a chemical engineer, member of OIQ (Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec) since 1995. She also completed a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management and has 18 years of experience in the industry as an engineer, manager, trainer, speaker and consultant.
Her Master’s project was to implement a “creative 8D problem solving process” in an organization. Her coach and university advisor at that point in time was Sylvain Matte. Over the last 10 years, she trained and coached hundreds of people from a variety of companies in different business sectors.
She is now working for IBM Bromont as a creativity and problem solving specialist, where she facilitates teams in continuous improvement initiatives with different processes & tools. She is also teaching creativity & problem solving to engineers at University of Sherbrooke.
