Focus on: Lee Kitchen
As a Creativity and Innovation Manager for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Marketing, Lee leads the Creative Problem Solving facilitation process around both creative and strategic challenges across many Disney lines of business with marketing responsibility as well as other key Corporate partners. Lee serves as an idea champion for partners to tap into on an as needed basis to help on short term ideation, developing and fostering a culture of innovation and creative thinking, plus training idea champions and innovation catalysts across the company.
Lee is also the Community Manager for Disney’s internal crowd-sourced idea site, Creative Lab— seeking out, sourcing and reporting new trends, technology and innovation to inspire the entire organization.
A 29-year Disney Cast Member, Lee’s roots are in Operations and Guest Relations, beginning his career at Epcot in 1985 and joined to Parks Marketing in 1994 working in several marketing disciplines over the past 20 years including Special Events, PR, Promotions and Strategy in the Parks & Resorts business and also Disney Cruise Line.
Lee holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Marketing and several certificates in creative problem solving processes.
