Rates

Mindcamp runs from late afternoon Thursday through Sunday afternoon. Our host, YMCA Cedar Glen, offers full-service accommodation and meeting facilities on 263 beautiful wilderness acres. There are miles of hiking trails, ropes courses, wildlife ponds, a beautiful modern dining room with views of the Caledon Hills to die for, and a games room.

We are able to offer this at a rate that will surprise you. All figures are in Canadian dollars, and include 5% GST (tax: like death, inevitable).

Corporate rates apply if your employer or business is paying for the program. If you yourself are paying, then Individual rates apply.

Full includes the full program (as many sessions as you want to attend -- including ropes and nature sessions), 3 nights on-site shared accommodation, 9 meals, and snacks. If you wish to arrange alternate accommodation off-site, the No-bed rate includes the full program, 9 meals, and snacks only.

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full on application. We will hold your space at Mindcamp for 10 days after registration, to give you time to pay in full either by cheque or credit card. If this is a challenge, we encourage you to email us to discuss alternate payment terms.

Accommodation

On-site accommodation (shown at right) is simple, clean, and comfortable, with new, thicker mattresses on all the beds. Participants staying on-site will share double (some triple) rooms with private bath. We cannot offer single accommodation on-site.

If you have a pressing need for single accommodation and are willing to stay off-site, we suggest making arrangements with one of two nearby hotels, both just 5 minutes' drive from Mindcamp. Note that if you stay in one of these hotels, you are responsible for dealing with them directly fror your reservation and payment.
